The Role:
  • Provide business development support for the assigned region by working closely with the agency members and respective Sales Team.
  • Provide product briefing through regular agency engagement and rapport building with producers and targeted agency.
  • Handle products and campaigns communication and strategy.
  • Write product-related agency circulars.
  • Study and analyze product sales response.
  • Coordinate with Product Management, New Business, Customer Service Departments, and other stakeholders to ensure effective development of agency communication for new product launch and product campaign.
  • Organize product talks, develop marketing messages, and flyers to promote product awareness and increase agency sales urgency.
  • Take charge of the assigned product line and contest project by determining support and strategy to increase agency productivity.
  • Prepare monthly management (SMT) reports and sales monitoring.
  • Study and analyze product sales response to monitor sales momentum by product line.
  • Provide product sales updates for SMT report.
  • Demonstrate initiatives to follow up and follow through, and contribute ideas to improve deliverables.
  • As part of the leadership team, work with key stakeholders to proactively shape the organization’s culture and conduct environment that is aligned with the organization’s Core Values.
  • Champion culture and conduct behavioral expectations within the Department/Division.
  • Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively share best risk management practices.
  • Other responsibilities as entailed.
The Person:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Possess public speaking and training skills.
  • Leadership, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, business sense, and product knowledge.
  • Demonstrates alignment with the organization’s core values through expected behaviors.
  • Willing to travel.
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability for work, and has a good attitude towards teamwork.
  • Takes initiative to improve the current state of things and is adaptable to embrace new changes.
