In this leadership role, you will oversee the development and management of customer marketing plans to retain existing customers and acquire new ones to meet business objectives.

The Role:

  • Conceptualize, develop, and oversee the implementation of Customer Engagement initiatives to achieve business goals and targets.
  • Implement advertising and MARCOM plans to penetrate new customer segments and promote new products.
  • Design marketing positioning and creative execution for product advertising campaigns and media plans.
  • Establish partnerships with external entities for on-ground customer engagement initiatives and marketing campaigns, including Lead Generation campaigns and digital sales support.

The Person:

  • Possess a Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • Have 6-10 years of experience in insurance or financial services industry.
  • Exhibit strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate good management and planning skills.
  • Possess analytical skills.
  • Be creative with strong leadership qualities.
