We’re currently looking for a high-caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President, OB & CM Senior Analyst-Enterprise Resilience (Internal Job Title: COB & CM Senior Analyst - C12) based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities
  • The Continuity of Business (COB) & Crisis Management (CM) Senior Analyst supports Citigroup's Enterprise Resilience (ER).
  • The role of the Sr. Analyst is to assist the Country ER Execution Lead in managing the ER/Business Continuity Management (BCM) program as it applies in-country.
  • Primary responsibilities include guiding the business units’ completion of the annual COB deliverables, acting as the SME for COB and Crisis Management documentation, and ensuring appropriate documentation of COB-related materials. COB deliverables include: Business Impact Analysis, Business Recovery Plans, Crisis Management plans, Tabletop Exercises.
  • Data analysis and Advanced Excel modeling skills.
  • Pro-active and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Track record as a strong analyst, able to deliver work in pressured environments.
  • Attention to detail with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage own workload while taking direction.
  • Sufficiently experienced to provide feedback for areas of improvement and realign strategy accordingly.
  • Collaborative approach; able to work closely with senior business sponsors and promote consensus decisions that are right for the organization.
  • Flexibility and autonomy are essential and may require working outside standard hours, especially in the event of a business disruption or crisis.
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Can exercise independence of judgment and autonomy.
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
  • Adequately assess risk when business decisions are made, safeguarding the firm, its clients and assets, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications
  • 5-8 years experience in Enterprise Resilience/COB/Crisis Management oversight, risk and relationship management.
  • Experience in managing peers and stakeholders of different seniority within the country or across multiple countries is preferred.
  • Experience working with internal/external audit/regulatory groups is preferred.
  • Advanced project management, data analysis and reporting ability; with a good understanding of inter-dependencies between different business units and supporting functions.
Education
  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
