Job Objective:
Lead the planning and execution of trade marketing strategies to drive brand growth, market expansion, and commercial success across Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Design and execute comprehensive trade marketing plans that align with brand objectives and deliver market growth.
Leadership in Execution:
Oversee trade promotions, business development activities, and ensure achievement of sales and marketing KPIs.
Stakeholder & Distributor Management:
Build and maintain strong partnerships with brand principals, distributors, and key retailers to ensure market excellence.
Market Insights & Analysis:
Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, analyze sales and promotional data to optimize strategy and execution.
Team Collaboration:
Support internal sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign rollouts and brand consistency.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in trade marketing, sales, or product development within the FMCG industry.
Skills:
Strong analytical mindset, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and keen attention to detail.
Languages:
Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (essential for regional stakeholder engagement).
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. (FMCG experience highly valued.)
