Job description

Company Background:

Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist the manager in daily operations and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the manager.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and report progress to the manager.
  • Handle and oversee projects assigned by the manager, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Identify potential risks or challenges in projects and propose solutions.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all projects under the managers purview.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Identify operational challenges and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

Job Requirement :

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years in an administrative or assistant role, with experience in project management being an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.
