Job description

Assistant to COO (Business Operation & Legal Affairs)

At least 5 years of working experience in property development with a legal and contract management background.

Willing to work and travel to Setia Alam.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide secretarial assistance to COO, including drafting letters, memos, and other correspondence. Prepare agendas and take minutes during meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and action items.
  2. Support and assist the COO in developing and overseeing long-term organizational strategies, objectives, and goals.
  3. Track sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to monitor progress.
  4. Collaborate with the project team and external stakeholders such as consultants, engineers, architects, Quantity Surveyors, and authorities to develop and coordinate project development.
  5. Assist in handling SPA, tenancy agreements, loan documentation, discharge, and perfection of charge, and other conveyancing matters with developers, bankers, solicitors, and government bodies.
  6. Maintain strong interdepartmental communication and strategic partnerships with government agencies, local authorities, consultants, utility bodies, and contractors to ensure smooth project implementation.
  7. Research and prepare reports on new real estate business development opportunities, and assist in negotiating and closing business deals.
