Job Description

We are seeking a maintenance technician responsible for various repair and maintenance tasks within our facilities. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems to ensure safety and functionality.

Responsibilities
  1. Repair plumbing issues such as toilet supply problems, drainage clogs, flushing bowls, and leaks.
  2. Replace damaged ceramic tiles and floor grooves.
  3. Fix roof leaks or damages.
  4. Repair electrical items including sockets, switches, lighting, fans, and cables. Assist other technicians with circuit breaker troubleshooting if needed.
  5. Service air conditioning units and perform small repairs on office tools, furniture, and doors.
  6. Repair damaged tool sheds and racks.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Technical or vocational training in building maintenance or a related field is a plus.
  • 1–2 years of experience in general maintenance, facilities support, or building services preferred.
  • Experience with basic repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to safely and effectively use hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
  • Willingness to learn and follow guidance from senior technicians or supervisors.
