About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Teacher to join our dynamic team at JOB ELITE TT AGENCY' in Medini Johor. As an Assistant Teacher, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Teacher in providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children. • Assisting the Head Teacher in planning and implementing engaging educational activities
• Providing individual attention and support to students to help them reach their full potential
• Maintaining a safe and organised classroom environment
• Monitoring and documenting student progress
• Collaborating with the Head Teacher and other staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience
• Actively participating in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
• Communicating effectively with parents and guardians

What we're looking for

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Teacher or in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
