Job Description
  1. Enforce SOPs, control, and manage the efficient operation of the 1kg production lines during shifts to meet daily targets set by management.
  2. Plan, schedule, and oversee autonomous maintenance, repairs, and machine upkeep to ensure optimal operation.
  3. Coordinate with relevant departments for scheduled maintenance and sanitation activities.
  4. Promote the 5S workplace organization culture; measure results, provide guidance, and reinforce the importance of cleanliness and organization.
  5. Enforce health and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and proper PPE issuance to prevent accidents.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards such as FSSC 22000, Machinery Department, GMP, etc., to maintain certifications and avoid business disruptions.
  7. Monitor, review, and audit production outputs for quality compliance and consistency, ensuring correct blending formulations to prevent customer complaints.
  8. Collaborate with sanitation and maintenance teams to plan preventive maintenance and cleaning schedules, minimizing production disruptions.
  9. Accurately record and monitor production reports to facilitate timely data analysis.
  10. Train and motivate subordinates to perform routine and non-routine tasks according to SOPs for operational effectiveness.
  11. Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
