• Performs basic food preparation and cooking functions.
• Sauce mixing, machine and equipment cleaning, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen at all times.
• Cuts, dices, minces, and slices food items needed for food preparation.
• Complies with occupational, health, and safety standards.
• Stocks kitchen and prepares equipment.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
• Works according to shift.
Must haves:
• SPM / Diploma in Culinary or related field.
Good to have:
• Previous experience working in a high volume, manufacturing, food production, restaurant, or catering environment preferred.
