Jora Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Supervisor for Courrier Service in Penang to support daily hub and last-mile operations, coordinating riders, drivers and assistants while ensuring on-time deliveries and KPI targets.

You will work closely with the Supervisor to ensure smooth parcel processing, dispatch, delivery and team coordination in our daily courier service operations. Key responsibilities
Assist the Supervisor in managing daily hub and last-mile delivery operations.
Coordinate and monitor riders, drivers and operation assistants.
Monitor parcel receiving, sorting, scanning, dispatching and delivery activities.
Ensure parcels are processed accurately and dispatched according to schedule.
Monitor delivery performance and operational KPIs, including on-time delivery, delivery success rate and undelivered parcels.
Follow up on delayed, failed and problematic deliveries and coordinate appropriate solutions.
Assist in planning delivery routes and allocating manpower according to operational requirements.
Conduct team briefings and communicate daily operational targets and instructions.
Monitor staff attendance, work performance, discipline and compliance with SOPs.
Assist in handling customer complaints and operational escalations professionally.
About you
SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
At least 1–2 years of experience in courier, logistics, warehouse, transportation or related operations.
Candidates with team-leading or supervisory experience will have an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to lead, motivate and work effectively with a team.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with operational systems/software.
Possess a valid driving licence.
Willing to work according to operational requirements, including weekends or public holidays when required.
