Job description

1) Minimum 2-3 years experience in drilling/packing/edging operations, or a related field.

2) Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and industry regulations. Previous supervisory experience in a production environment.

3) Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is a must. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

4) Excellent leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking skills.

Job scope:

1) Overseeing daily productions and ensuring production targets.

2) Ensuring that production follows safety procedures and equipment maintenance.

3) Plan and monitor workflow, as well material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operation.

4) Controlling, planning and organizing production operations.

5) Oversee materials shortages, machine malfunctions and other manufacturing problems.

6) Providing regular product updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.

7) Coordinate and communicate with production staffs.
