Job Summary

• Availability to work on the following schedule: Monday to Saturday, Morning, Afternoon, and Evening shifts
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required
• Expected salary: RM2,300 per month

Responsibilities

1. Ensure the department’s procedures for the QMS are established, implemented, and maintained.
2. Lead 5S activities within the department.
3. Plan, organize, and oversee operational activities for production and facilities to meet quality objectives aligned with the quality policy.
4. Recruit, select, orient, and train staff, and develop personal growth opportunities.
5. Monitor manpower arrangements and attendance.
6. Complete production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel, managing work results, setting priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, solving problems, and reporting on shift production summaries and daily output.
7. Maintain workflow by monitoring process steps, estimating cycle times, controlling tools, managing materials, part layouts, and spare parts.
8. Coordinate with other departments regarding quality information and non-conformities.
9. Prepare and maintain production and quality reports.
10. Ensure the product meets the quality levels ordered by customers.
11. Review overall performance and identify training needs for production personnel.
