Assist Storekeeper in supervision, discipline, compliance, documentation, reporting issues, handling urgent tasks, and ensuring warehouse efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. To assist the Storekeeper to motivate, train, coach, and lead the team to ensure effective operation procedures and meeting the company’s KPIs.
  2. To assist the Storekeeper to supervise and maintain discipline of all personnel under his charge to follow the warehouse rules and regulations.
  3. To ensure the activities under his charge are compliant with GxP (GMP, GDP) and other areas related to Occupational, Safety & Health Acts.
  4. To check and process immediately all dispatch goods or related issuing goods after performing documentation and physical checks in accordance with stipulated SOPs.
  5. To ensure accountability and accuracy in checking all dispatch goods, loading, unloading, and related activities in accordance with SOPs.
  6. To attend to all urgent orders, BTAs, and any assigned tasks promptly and ensure their completion.
  7. To ensure all HTO documents, chopped and signed documents, and related documents are properly kept, tracked, and filed for future reference.
  8. To report promptly to the Storekeeper or Executive in-charge any incidences of staff indiscipline or matters affecting warehouse operations.
  9. To report any irregularities not in accordance with SOPs that could affect safety, health, or environmental standards.
  10. To undertake any other duties assigned by the Storekeeper, Executive in-charge, or management.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum one to two years' experience in a similar role.
  2. Diploma/certificate in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or related field.
