Job Responsibility

Goods Receiving

1. Ensure palletized goods, direct deliveries and STO that pending for delivery unloaded at the hub are correctly received.
2. Check for accuracy in quantity, condition, model, and other relevant details.

Goods Delivery

1. Arrange and coordinate delivery of goods and offloading activities at the hub.

Data Entry

1. Maintain accurate records of all goods offloaded or collected at the KB hub.

Goods Collection and Returns

1. Coordinate collection from local trucks or dealers and either return directly to customers or unload at the hub for consolidated returns.
2. Arrange the return of collected items to customers.
3. Ensure goods to be returned to customers or HQ are properly loaded and documented.

Job Requirements

1. Achieve at least SPM education
2. Proven experience in forklift operation; possession of a valid forklift driver license/certification is required
3. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
4. Common sense and strong attention to detail
5. Familiar with computer operations
6. Basic knowledge and skills in Microsoft Word
7. Basic operating forklift
