Responsibilities:

• Lead and focus on maximizing sales and commercial opportunities in areas such as sales return per square foot, increasing average basket size, and transaction volume.
• Efficiently prepare and implement sales promotion activities.
• Monitor seasonal changes and ensure merchandise displays promote seasonal highlights with high standards to enhance shopping experience and sales.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas of strength and weakness, seeking ways to increase sales through insights and floor observations.
• Use stock management systems to ensure optimal stock availability and efficient logistics, including stock consolidation and turnaround times.
• Implement best practices following the commercial management toolkit to optimize store performance.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve daily sales targets.

Job Requirements:

• Must be a Malaysian citizen.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in retail sports is compulsory.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct experience managing retail stores.
• Willing to work retail hours and on public holidays.
