The Assistant Spa/Wellness Manager ensures the smooth operation of the Spa, providing excellent service and information about all Spa services and retail products.

Responsibilities
  1. Adhere to customer-first purpose and promptly attend to customer needs.
  2. Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  3. Be a positive influence, responsible and proactive in solving problems.
  4. Seize opportunities for self-improvement through learning new skills.
  5. Be flexible and responsive to work requirement changes.
  6. Assist in achieving team goals and support team members.
  7. Advise on departmental operating procedures and environmental facility improvements.
  8. Maintain vigilance and responsibility at all times.
  9. Ensure all facilities and equipment operate properly.
  10. Guarantee guests have a safe, comfortable experience and employees work in a safe environment.
  11. Ensure all activities in the spa, fitness room, and hotel areas meet Hilton standards.
  12. Monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty survey results, communicate findings, and conduct training accordingly.
  13. Adhere to Hilton’s service standards and quality reviews.
  14. Assist in training new employees.
  15. Oversee daily opening and closing of the spa for smooth operation.
  16. Maintain cleanliness in all work areas including retail, reception, linen rooms, massage rooms, wet areas, outdoor pools, and fitness centers.
  17. Perform monthly inventory checks and control stock, ensuring items are not kept beyond three months.
  18. Manage product receipt and storage.
  19. Provide consistent, professional, and memorable service to guests.
  20. Respond to emails and follow up promptly.
  21. Send confirmation letters for massage treatments.
  22. Prepare necessary supplies such as tea and towels for guests.
  23. Maximize utilization of massage rooms and therapists.
  24. Update message books for therapists and receptionists to confirm schedules.
  25. Follow up on equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs.
  26. Support team welfare, safety, training, and development initiatives.
  27. Perform other duties as assigned. The management reserves the right to make changes to this description at any time.
