• Strong hands-on experience in technical maintenance and servicing.
• Fluent in both English and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire after-sales operation in KL branch.
• Lead after-sales operation as a leader of engineers.
• Execute company’s direction for after-sales work with KPIs.
• Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Evaluate engineer’s work and improve the working environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage an entire after-sales operation in KL branch
• Lead after-sales operation as a leader of engineer
• Execute company’s direction for after-sales work with some KPI (sales, profit and after-sales care activity for user)
• Keep relationship with customers
• Keep relationship with suppliers
• Evaluation on engineer’s work
• Keep improvement on working environment

Qualifications

• Education Background : Bachelor OR Master degree in Electrical / Mechanical / other relevant
• Min 10+ yrs experience in industry which provide compressor sales and service (preferably from automotive line)
• Strong hands-on experience in technical maintenance and servicing part
• Good English and Malay language skill (speaking and writing)
