Job description

Manage Service & Maintenance business activities and continuously expand maintenance sales contract coverage.

Manage the Service & Maintenance team (around 30 staff) to ensure smooth operation of all service & maintenance activities in the office and at the Client's site.

Coordinate Bomba inspection schedules, meetings, and attend site visits with clients and local authorities, e.g., Bomba inspection.

Check and approve material requisitions, quotations, and sub-contractor claims.

Work closely with the Project Director to support the smooth operation of service and maintenance works at the Client’s site.

Ensure all works comply with SOP and ISO management standards, and staff adhere to OSH policies.

Manage staff work schedules and prepare monthly reports.

Perform any ad-hoc tasks requested by superiors or management.

Job Requirements:

Responsible, self-driven, motivated, with strong leadership qualities.

Resourceful with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, good judgment, and ability to deliver results with a sense of urgency.

Minimum SPM with 8 years of relevant experience in safety/buildings/construction/machinery/electrical/engineering industries or a minimum Diploma/Degree in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients; speaking Mandarin is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and own transport.
