Job description

ASSISTANT SALES & MARKETING / SERVICE MANAGER / TECHNICIAN

Learn and practice marketing in the automotive industry.

Engage with customers on the showroom floor to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.

Assist in conducting product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles.

Support the sales team in following up with leads and maintaining customer relationships.

Participate in sales training programs to enhance your product knowledge and sales techniques.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership success.

Review market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs and volume potential, and develop sales campaigns to meet dealership goals.

Actively participate in marketing activities.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in marketing or a related field.

What you'll be doing:

  • Plan, organize, and establish procedures, standards, and guidelines for service center and parts operations.
  • Responsible for the sale of service labor, parts, lubricants, and accessories, ensuring business targets and profitability are achieved.
  • Monitor and manage branch operations daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly, motivating staff and ensuring productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct job evaluations and training follow-ups to enhance staff skills and competencies.
  • Administer warranty claims and free service coupons, ensuring compliance with SOPs and providing support to dealers.
  • Supervise customer care activities, handle complaints, and strive for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
  • Promote business excellence through integrity, customer focus, learning, innovation, pride, and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO, DOE, Safety & Health regulations, and local authorities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to increase retention rates.
  • Manage operating costs, maintain good housekeeping, and ensure profitability.

  • At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
