Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve property sales targets.
- Identify and engage potential buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and sales consultations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, agencies, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and post-sales services to enhance client satisfaction.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives for new and existing property projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create digital and offline promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, and social media content.
- Manage online property listings and digital marketing efforts to generate leads.
- Plan and coordinate marketing events such as property launches, roadshows, and exhibitions.
- Work with external vendors, agencies, and media partners for advertising and PR activities.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
Administrative & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer databases, and marketing activities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
- Assist in budgeting and cost management for sales and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in property sales, real estate marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of property development, real estate market trends, and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM software, and property listing platforms.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events when required.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with property investment, home financing, and real estate regulations.
