A leading software solutions provider in Shah Alam is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to drive sales growth and client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and over 10 years in IT solutions sales, with proven success in leading sales teams and an ability to develop strong client connections. This role requires fluency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English and involves regular travel.
We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager who is client-centric, growth focused, an effective communicator and negotiator, disciplined and a team player to grow relationships with our major clients and achieve profitable sales growth for the Company.
Assigned a portfolio of key clients from an industry sector, the Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets as part of the Company’s strategic objectives. The Assistant Sales Manager takes the lead throughout the sales cycle, facilitating teamwork and communication, and ensures that the client’s short- and long-term needs are met.
