Responsibilities

• Solicit and promote sales of PF products.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards the achievement of group targets.
• Prepare and proactively execute sales plans for prospective customers, utilizing internal marketing and self-generated leads.
• Set appointments, conduct sales calls, prospect, and engage with new-to-bank customers.
• Cross-sell other retail banking products such as ASB, PF-i, and credit cards.

Customer Service

• Ensure a high standard of customer experience in line with the bank's quality standards.

Compliance

• Ensure adherence to the bank's policies and procedures.
• Protect the bank's image and brand.

Operations

• Maintain the physical premise in accordance with the bank's standards.
