Assistant Sales Manager Business Partners (B2B)

The Assistant Sales Manager Business Partners is responsible to identify and develop business opportunities with Feruni Premium Reseller (FPR) and Feruni Platinum Reseller (FPT) as the incumbent create brand awareness and offer customized solutions to fulfill customers’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales activities of FPT & FPR to generate revenue.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with FPT & FPR to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
  • Evaluate FPT & FPR sales performance and recommend improvements.
  • Develop process improvements to optimize FPT & FPR management activities

Relationship Building & Training

  • Develop positive working relationships with FPT & FPR to build business.
  • Educate FPT & FPR about the product portfolio and provide sales training.
  • Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to FPT & FPR.

Market Awareness & Strategic Activities

  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities.
  • Assist in FPT & FPR marketing activities such as trade shows, campaigns, and other promotional activities.

Issue Resolution & Customer Support

  • Address FPR-related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage FPT & FPR aging and ensure responsibility for debt collection.
  • Take ownership in accomplishing all assigned tasks.
  • Update job knowledge and competencies through continuous learning.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 6 years in B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in business development, or customer relationship management will be an added value.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle stock management and liaise with suppliers.
  • Knowledge of business and financial acumen to plan and manage resources effectively.
  • Ability to lead a team and provide on-the-job guidance to support team growth.
  • We are looking for someone who is also fluent in Mandarin as the role requires the candidate to deal with clients who speak this dialect.
  • Interpersonal Understanding: Ability to empathize and build meaningful connections.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to the audience.
  • Resilience & Optimism: A positive attitude and ability to bounce back from challenges.
  • Analytical Thinking: Capability to see root causes and predict outcomes effectively.
  • Impact & Influence: Skilled at crafting arguments toengage and persuade stakeholders.
  • Possess own transport and flexibility to travel as required.
  • Role is based in Petaling Jaya.
  • 5 working days per week.
  • Attractive basic salary, monthly sales incentive, car allowance, petrol card & handphone
