Your new company

As the business continues to expand, it is seeking a driven and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join the growing team.

Your new role

  • Manage and grow industrial B2B sales, focusing on manufacturers and wholesalers
  • Handle large-volume sales for both local and export markets
  • Identify and qualify new clients while maintaining high standards and MOQ requirements
  • Support OEM partnerships and manage client expectations for custom production
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager to execute commercial strategies
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and ensure excellent customer service
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in industrial sales, preferably in dairy, frozen, or yogurt sectors
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and industrial food supply chains
  • Experience dealing with manufacturers, wholesalers, and OEM clients
  • Proven ability to manage large accounts and high-volume transactions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
