Al-Ikhsan Sports Sdn Bhd (Retail) is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Store/Sales Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff performance. You will drive sales through proactive selling and upselling, while leading and coaching a motivated team.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, inventory control, and adherence to company standards. Weekend and rotational shifts are required in this dynamic sports retail environment.

Formación

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or store supervision (sports retail experience is an advantage).
• Candidates proficient in Store Metrics such as AUP, IPT, and ATV will have an added advantage.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Passionate about sports, active lifestyle, and retail excellence.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inventory control, stock takes, and loss prevention activities.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Prepare and present sales and performance reports to management.
• Act as the person-in-charge in the absence of the Store / Branch Manager.

Requirements:
