Job description

Assist the Store/Sales Manager in overseeing daily store operations and staff performance.

Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.

Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.

Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Manage visual merchandising, stock display, and product replenishment according to company guidelines.

Handle inventory control, stock takes, and loss prevention activities.

Support recruitment, training, and development of store staff.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Prepare and present sales and performance reports to management.

Act as the person-in-charge in the absence of the Store / Branch Manager.

Requirements

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or store supervision (sports retail experience is an advantage).

Candidates who are proficient in Store Metrics such as AUP (Average Unit per Transaction), IPT (Items per Transaction), and ATV (Average Transaction Value) will have an added advantage.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Passionate about sports, active lifestyle, and retail excellence.

Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts.
