A leading hotel is seeking a dynamic sales professional to enhance its market presence in the hospitality industry. The role requires effective communication and relationship management skills, with responsibilities including responding to client enquiries, executing sales strategies, and preparing regular reports. Candidates should possess a degree in Business Administration or related fields with 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
Respond promptly to all enquiries, leads and correspondence from prospects, customers and referrals
Efficiently and effectively plan and execute sales calls
Maintain regional sales calls pattern in the area
Adequately service all accounts as assigned by the General Manager and Sales Manager
Increase sales to meet or exceed all established sales goals
Properly maintain all files and accounts
Follow and carry out all established office policies and procedures
To ensure that all sales coordinators are followed up and a regular call pattern is set in the segmentand to conduct telemarketing exercise to regular supporters and lost business
Maintain a professional conduct and appearance at all times
To develop and maintain a good relationship with key accounts (corp. companies, event organizers,travel agents etc) at all times
React promptly to requests by the General Manager and Sales Manager for reports and other assignment
Establish and maintain up-to-date level of communication with the General Manager on a constant basis
Entertain agents/ corp. clients within the hotel to obtain business, for breakfast, lunch or dinner
Prepare Sales report on a Weekly basis to General Manager and Sales Manager
Establish a good working relationship with all departments in the hotel
Follow up with all clients before and after functions to ensure good service & establishgood rapport for future business
Conduct hotel/site inspection for guests & potential clients
To prepare Event Orders etc
Handling E-Perolehan system to make sure all queries from clients are answered promptly and accurately
To monitor clients followed the company terms and condition
Any other duties that maybe assigned to you from time to time / or as and when required
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the relevant industry.
Experience in managing or supervising sales teams is an advantage
Familiar with government or corporate procurement systems such as IDB (Integrated Design & Build System) and e-Perolehanhave an added advantage
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Preferable with driving license
