  • Developandexecutestrategicplansforchannelexpansionandmarketpenetration.
  • Identifyandpursuenewbusinessopportunitiesandemergingmarketsegments.

KeyAccountManagement&Growth:

  • Manageandgrowaportfolioofkeyclientrelationships,ensuringhighlevelsofsatisfaction,repeatorders,andidentifyingcross-selling/up-sellingopportunities.
  • Developandimplementstrategicaccountplanstomaximizelong-termpartnershipvalue.

AdvancedProductPitching&Sales:

  • ExpertlypresentandpitchSantan’scomprehensiverangeofFMCG,freeze-driedcoffee,0Calsyrup,andReady-To-Eat(RTE)mealofferingstoB2Bprospectsandaccounts,handlingcomplexnegotiations.
  • Developcompellingsalesproposalsandpresentationstailoredtoclientneeds.

SalesPipelineOptimization&Management:

  • Rigorouslymanagetheentiresalespipelinefromleadgenerationtodealclosure,ensuringtimelyprogressionandhighconversionrates.
  • Developandimplementstrategiestoacceleratesalescyclesandimprovefunnelefficiency.
  • Provideaccurateandinsightfulsalesforecasts.

Data-DrivenReporting&StrategicAnalysis:

  • Preparecomprehensiveweeklypipelinereports,salesforecasts,andin-depthmonthlyperformanceanalyses.
  • Analyzesalesdatatoidentifytrends,opportunities,andareasforimprovement,providingactionableinsightsforstrategicdecision-making.
  • Contributetothedevelopmentofsalesdashboardsandanalyticaltools.

CRM&DatabaseManagement:

  • EnsuremeticulousandstrategicupdatingofCRMorinternalsalesdatabases,leveragingdataforclientsegmentationandtargetedoutreach.

SupplyChain&OrderCoordinationOversight:

  • Overseeandoptimizecoordinationwithlogisticsandoperationsteamstoensureefficientorderfulfillmentandresolveanysupplychainchallenges.

MarketIntelligence&CompetitiveStrategy:

  • Conductin-depthmarketresearch,stayupdatedwiththelatestsalestrends,competitoractivities,andindustrydevelopmentstoidentifystrategicnewopportunitiesandcompetitiveadvantages.
  • Contributetothedevelopmentofcompetitivesalesstrategies.

Mentorship&TeamSupport:

  • Provideguidanceandsupporttojuniorsalesexecutives,sharingbestpracticesandcontributingtotheirdevelopment.
  • Mayassistinonboardingnewsalesteammembers.

  • StrategicKeyAccountManagement:Demonstratedabilitytostrategicallynurture,retain,andsignificantlygrowclientrelationships,includingexperiencewithcomplexnegotiations.
  • AdvancedSalesReporting&AnalyticalSkills:Highlyproficientinpreparing,handling,analyzing,andinterpretingcomplexsalesdata(e.g.,advancedExcel,CRMreportingtools)toderiveactionableinsightsandsupportstrategicdecision-making.
