Responsibilities

Oversee the entire store operations.

Lead team members towards high performance work culture.

Manage store inventory well to maximize sales.

Attend to customer enquiries and complaints professionally.

Plan and oversee in-store promotions, events or product displays.

Adhere to strict compliance of Company Policies.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma/Degree Holder.

With at least two (2) years of retail work experience. Having worked in a retail bookstore would be an added advantage.
