  • At least 2-5 years of restaurant-related experience to understand the operating functions of Jollibee restaurants.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting systems is a bonus for completing necessary operational reports.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively manage employees and serve guests.
  • Passionate and excellent customer service skills to WOW our guests.

  • The position is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating restaurant-specific plans for sales and profit growth, quality and food, service, cleanliness, and condition (FSC) standards implementation, and people targets, in alignment with country plans. The role collaborates with the support group, implements applicable programs, and provides feedback for performance improvement.
  • Responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant in terms of sales and profitability while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product quality, and service rendered to guests.
  • Responsible for training and coaching all new managers and station crews to ensure high standards of food preparation, service, and sanitation according to Jollibee standards. Also ensures smooth daily operations and sufficient manpower availability.
