Job description

Job Purpose

As the Assistance Quality Assurance (Standard Based Management System & Publication), you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies. You will assist in documentation, audits, quality control processes, and data analysis. Additionally, you will provide administrative and technical support in publishing and maintaining SOPs, management instructions, and reports.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining relevant management system documentation (SOPs, management instructions, and reports).
  2. Ensure the management system aligns with corporate policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  3. Support the coordination of internal and external audits by preparing required documents and compiling audit findings.
  4. Assist in tracking nonconformities (NCRs) and opportunities for improvement (OFIs), ensuring timely resolution.
  5. Assist in conducting internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards and company policies.
  6. Support preparation for external audits by maintaining organized documentation and addressing audit findings.
  7. Help coordinate meetings, briefings, and presentations related to the Integrated Management System.
  8. Assist in the development, formatting, and publishing of official documents and SOPs.
  9. Ensure proper document control processes to maintain versioning, approvals, and accessibility of quality-related documents.
  10. Maintain an organized repository of SBMS documents and reports.
  11. Support the organization of training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs related to the Integrated Management System.
  12. Perform any other duties as assigned by the company.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

  • Diploma in Quality Management or a related field.
  • Certification in ISO Internal Auditing and Quality.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in quality assurance, management systems, internal audits, or documentation.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
