Job description

Development, implementation, and maintenance of a Quality Management System.

Overseeing and managing the preparations of Quality documents for review/approval and managing them through the appropriate Quality System, i.e., deviation management, engineering change control, product complaints management, etc.

Leading product investigations, including the coordination and conduction of investigations originating from manufacturing issues, customer-reported product quality issues, test failures, or abnormalities.

Leading a Continual Improvement (CI) program that proactively initiates improvement projects based on collected data (e.g., SPC data, complaints, deviations, investigations). Leading cross-functional CI teams.

Leading and mentoring Quality team members to ensure the successful completion of all responsibilities.

Job Authority:
  • Qualify and approve new products before submission to customers for acceptance.
  • Approve appropriate courses of action on all quality matters within the area of responsibility.
  • Authorize disposition of non-conforming products encountered.
  • Stop production when non-conformance to customer requirements is identified.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in quality management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485), and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
  • Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions promptly.
