Job description

Your Roles:

  • Assist Department Head in purchasing and administrative tasks.
  • Supervise the team, set goals, delegate tasks, and provide feedback.
  • Confirm material needs and adjust inventory for procurement.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and collaborate with suppliers.
  • Support new model development and modification requests.
  • Monitor Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery and supplier performance.
  • Lead supplier audits and participate in assessments.
  • Assist Logistics in warehouse and delivery monitoring.
  • Resolve quality and receiving issues with relevant parties.
  • Verify reports and assist in physical inventory.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the superior.

Ideal Candidates:

  • Practical experience in Procurement and Purchasing functions
  • Familiar with MRP forecasting and material planning
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 is an advantage
  • Knowledge of mechanical procurement and drawing is an advantage
