Job Title: Assistant Purchaser cum Admin Executive (urgent)

Pay Type: Monthly Salary

Pay Range: MYR 2500 - 3500

Job Description

  • Assist to source for required system components.
  • Assist to solicit price quotation from suppliers.
  • Assist to select supplier, recommend, subsequently obtain approval and issue purchase order.
  • Compile total quotations offered. To ensure and coordinate with both suppliers and project PIC for the timely delivery of goods ordered.
  • Update status of material received.
  • Assist in keeping proper record and budget control.
  • Verify bills from suppliers with bids and purchase orders.
  • To co-ordinate with the account department in processing all invoices and claims.
  • To upkeep all record and document under purchasing department in proper filing system.
  • To assist in administrative works & Human Resource functions.
  • To compile relevant documents and apply solar system license and approval from related local authorities.
  • Documentation control related to ISO 9001.
  • Other ad-hoc job assigned by Management.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma in any related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience (energy/solar sector is a bonus).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Mandarin-speaking is an added advantage.

***Working Arrangement***

- Fixed Working hours:

- Mon-Fri 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM

- No Work-From-Home Arrangement

MYR 2,500 to 3,500 x 12 months

+ discretionary bonus

14 days of Annual leave

- +1 day per 1 year of service since the 2nd year

- Capped at 18 days max

- EPF contributions beyond the mandatory amount

to be promoted to Purchaser
