Job Title: Land & Property Management Specialist

Job Description & Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and monitor all assigned projects from master planning to submission to local authorities, ensuring compliance with standards.
  2. Oversee land and property matters within the group.
  3. Liaise with regulatory authorities and consultants regarding land, development projects, and property management.
  4. Handle property administration, including sales, rentals, and maintenance works.
  5. Maintain and update the landbank and properties database.
Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Land Management, Property Management, Real Estate, Housing, Planning & Building, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. Minimum of 10 years' experience in property development or similar roles.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Malaysian land laws and regulations, land transactions, surveys, and valuations.
  4. Experience with development approval processes, liaising with authorities, and assessing project feasibility.
  5. Meticulous with high integrity, especially regarding confidential matters.
  6. Excellent communication skills; able to interact effectively at all levels.
  7. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and other local languages, both written and spoken.
  8. Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  9. Willingness to travel as required.
