Job Description and Responsibilities
  1. Manage and monitor all assigned projects from master planning, submission to local authorities, ensuring compliance with required standards.
  2. Oversee and manage land and property matters within the group.
  3. Liaise with regulatory authorities and consultants on land, development projects, and property management matters.
  4. Handle property administration tasks such as sales, rentals, and maintenance works.
  5. Maintain and update landbank and properties database.
Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Land Management, Property Management, Real Estate, Housing, Planning & Building, Business Administration Management, or related fields.
  2. Minimum of 10 years' experience in property development or similar roles.
  3. Well-versed in Malaysian land and property laws, regulations, land transactions, surveys, and valuations.
  4. Knowledge of development approval processes and experience liaising with authorities and consultants.
  5. Meticulous with high integrity and confidentiality.
  6. Excellent communication skills, able to interact at all levels.
  7. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and other local languages.
  8. Proficient in MS Office applications.
  9. Willing to travel as required.
