Job Description and Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all assigned projects from master planning, submission to local authorities, ensuring compliance with required standards.
- Oversee and manage land and property matters within the group.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and consultants on land, development projects, and property management matters.
- Handle property administration tasks such as sales, rentals, and maintenance works.
- Maintain and update landbank and properties database.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Land Management, Property Management, Real Estate, Housing, Planning & Building, Business Administration Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in property development or similar roles.
- Well-versed in Malaysian land and property laws, regulations, land transactions, surveys, and valuations.
- Knowledge of development approval processes and experience liaising with authorities and consultants.
- Meticulous with high integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, able to interact at all levels.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and other local languages.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Willing to travel as required.
