COMPANY OVERVIEW
A global design & build construction and engineering company with presence in 60 locations worldwide with expertise across few sectors which includes data centers, industrial, infrastructure and building projects. Our client is looking for experienced Assistant Project Manager (CSA) to join their site project team in Penang.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide expertise and advise on CSA (Civil, Structure, Architecture) to the Project Manager.
• Ensure the project completes safely, on schedule, within budget, and meet the client/ consultant expectations.
• Be proactive in gathering information from project network about potential projects and job leads throughout project execution.
• Assist the Project Manager prepare Construction Work Program, Execution Plan, and Progress Report.
• To coordinate all CSA (Civil, Structural and Architectural) site works activities.
• Assist in creating work method statements and safe operating procedures with the specialist subcontractor.
• To check for discrepancy between design and construction drawings.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural, Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years' experience working in the construction industry.
• Prior project experience in Data Centre, Warehouse or Commercial building projects will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge in Civil, Structure & Architecture.
• Must be willing to work in Penang, Malaysia.
