About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the HerbaLine Global Wellness Group as a Senior Project Executive based in Shah Alam, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of new construction & renovation projects, and existing business premises refurbishment. Inclusive of project management, construction and renovation progress oversight, design drawing coordination, business operation facilities coordination, resource allocation, vendor and contractor management, and quality standard management.

Project Planning & Management – Coordinate with Interior Designer, Architect, Engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives and finishing are achieved.

Oversee all construction activities, including site preparation, demolition, building, renovation, softtouch installation, and finishing.

Coordinate with ID and contractors to ensure adherence to quality standards and design concepts, while managing the budget to optimize profitability.

Conduct regular onsite quality and progress inspections, addressing any quality issues or defects.

Review detailed renovation drawings and collaborate with operation teams to ensure outcomes align with business objectives, operational practices, and efficiency improvements.

Select and manage vendors and contractors to ensure quality outcomes and meet result expectations.

What we're looking for

Experience in a project management role within the construction industry.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with strategic thinking abilities.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Proficient in the use of project management software and tools.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
