Job description

Develop and implement detailed project plans for expansion initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth execution.

Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders involved in the projects, such as consultants, contractors, and government officials.

Liaise and coordinate with contractors and consultants on project progression to ensure effective management of time, cost, quality, environmental, safety, and health aspects.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to verify workmanship and compliance with project requirements.

Identify and mitigate risks, troubleshoot issues to ensure project success.

Maintain project documentation, including submissions and drawings changes.

Manage project budgets, conduct financial analyses, and provide insights to support cost-effective resource allocation.

Perform any other duties assigned by senior management.

Minimum Requirements:
  1. A Diploma or Associate Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in project/construction management, preferably with exposure to the construction/project sector.
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing renovation/upgrading projects (e.g., malls, shoplots, or buildings).
  4. Proficiency in English and Malay.
