Job Description
- Responsible for the management and monitoring of all assigned projects on planning, control, and execution to meet the required standards and within the time‑cost budget.
- Oversee the project’s hospital operations and construction processes to meet project objectives/goals.
- Lead the project development team for effective implementation and successful completion of construction projects, including coordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and progress monitoring.
- Act as liaison with relevant authorities, consultants/architects, and contractors to ensure smooth implementation and quality of the projects.
- Provide advice and analysis on pre‑construction feasibility studies, budgeting, and other construction‑management matters to the Company.
- Conduct site inspections on a regular basis to review progress and project performance according to schedule.
- Lead the preparation of construction planning, cost control, and sequencing of works.
- Manage and direct project personnel to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget.
- Participate in internal audits and assist in preparation for MSQH accreditation surveys.
- Ensure the hospital’s physical environment and facility management practices comply with MSQH Facility Management and Safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Engineering / Building Technology, C&S, M&E, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Technical knowledge in project and hospital operations.
- Strong ability to prepare CAPEX/OPEX for departmental budgeting and project budgeting.
