Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle petrochemical projects under the Permanent Installation team.
2. Oversee 3D designs and visualizations for projects, ensuring high-quality presentations for client and
internal reviews.
3. Oversee detailed construction drawings and as-built drawings, working closely with the 2D
drafting team to ensure accurate representation and documentation.
4. Collaborate on the development of creative concepts that align with the project vision and client
expectations.
5. Assist the Project Manager with various tasks, including gathering project information, coordinating
construction resources, and ensuring project milestones are met.
6. Manage and maintain project-related paperwork, ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly
communicated, filed, and stored for the entire team.
7. Draft and prepare project proposals, memos, and meeting minutes, while tracking and responding to
all relevant emails.
8. Monitor project expenses, adhere to the established budget, and identify and implement cost-saving
measures where possible.
9. Participate in client and internal meetings, providing valuable input and insights into the project’s
development.
10. Identify and evaluate potential technical issues or challenges, contributing to developing effective
solutions.
11. Support the project setup, management, and build-up phases, including overseeing logistical
aspects and site operations.
12. Oversee construction sites inclusive of materials arrive on-site, coordinate workers on-site, and ensure
that all technical scopes are properly managed and communicated to the Project Manager.
13. Monitor the operational delivery of the project, coordinating with team members and external parties
to ensure a seamless workflow.
14. Regularly update and adjust project schedules to reflect the latest information and project
requirements.
15. Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required to support the successful execution of projects.

Skills & Qualifications:
● Degree or diploma graduate in Interior Design or a related field, with at least 2-3 years experience.
● Proficiency in 3D design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent.
● Strong understanding of construction detailing and technical drawings.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain strong relationships with
team members and clients.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
● Team management and leadership skills, capable of coordinating with diverse teams.
● Experience in documentation management and ability to use project management tools effectively.
● Creative thinking and research skills to develop innovative solutions and design concepts.
● Time management skills to meet deadlines, even under pressure.
● Attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality work across all project stages.
● Own a car and willing to travel as needed for project-related tasks.
● Ability to adhere to budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.

● Language Requirement: Must be proficient in Mandarin / Cantonese (spoken and written) to communicate with clients and team members effectively.
