Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist sales staff in tracking the progress of customer orders, from order placement to production, delivery, and installation.
  • Coordinate between factory, logistics, and installation teams to ensure on-time delivery and proper installation.
  • Follow up on construction site progress and help resolve on-site issues.
  • Communicate with clients regarding installation schedules, site readiness, product dimensions, and delivery updates.
  • Handle client feedback and after-sales issues by coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Conduct regular client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and improve service quality.
  • Organize and maintain project documents including orders, contracts, drawings, and delivery records.
  • Track and report on project progress, identify issues and ensure timely completion.
  • Support management with weekly/monthly reports and delivery plans.

Job Requirements

  • 1â3 years of relevant experience in the building materials, home renovation, or door/window industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with door products (e.g., security doors, wooden doors, glass doors) and their installation process is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively liaise with sales teams, clients, installation crews, and factory staff.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, spreadsheets), and basic project tracking tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems.
  • Ability to read or interpret construction drawings or CAD files is a bonus.
