Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in precast concrete, concrete manufacturing, or construction is an advantage.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily production activities at the precast yard.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Coordinate manpower, machinery, and materials to achieve production targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and workplace regulations.
• Prepare production reports and assist in inventory monitoring.
• Work closely with management, quality control, and maintenance teams.
