Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager in planning and organizing production schedules to meet customer demands and minimize downtime.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring accurate stock records and timely replenishment.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures throughout the production process to ensure products meet established standards and specifications.
• Supervise and motivate production team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to optimize productivity and morale.
• Identify and resolve production-related problems, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to ensure smooth coordination and communication throughout the supply chain.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

• Assist the Production Manager in overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to production schedules at our Ketereh facility.
• Develop and implement production plans, considering factors such as material availability, equipment capacity, and workforce allocation, to meet production targets.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods, optimizing stock levels to minimize waste and ensure timely availability for production.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the production process, conducting regular inspections and addressing any deviations from quality standards.
• Lead and supervise production teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Identify and resolve production-related issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve overall production efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with other departments, such as procurement, maintenance, and sales, to coordinate activities and ensure smooth production operations.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is essential for effective communication and collaboration with local teams and stakeholders.
