Job description

Oversee the entire production operation and supervise standby technicians.

Work together with the Engineering Manager, R&D & QA/QC Manager, and Admin & HR Manager to achieve each department’s targets & KPIs.

Discuss with the team the challenges they are facing and develop action plans with deadlines to address them. Use the PDCA cycle extensively.

Review the daily and weekly production schedules to ensure adherence by the production team.

Coordinate manpower requirements, machinery, raw materials, and packaging materials in line with the production schedule with superintendents, senior material controllers, and supervisors.

Ensure all Procedure Manuals & SOPs are followed at all times within the production department. Perform daily factory walkabouts to verify compliance.

Ensure products are produced on time, meet quality standards, and comply with regulatory, customer, and internal requirements by conducting checks during daily walkabouts.

Conduct daily 5S audits in the production area and ensure good housekeeping practices are maintained at all times. Contact the Admin 5S supervisor if any issues arise.

Verify Production Job Orders (FM-PROD-01).

Check and review Dispose Daily Report (FM-QC-09) and Recycle Daily Report (FM-QC-03).

Check and review the Process Daily Cleaning Record (FM-FS-05).

Check and verify Raw Material Preparation Records (FM-PROD-02).
