Job description

Possess at least a Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Petrochemical Engineering or equivalent
Possess own transportation and able to work night shift (on rotation basis)
Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in related field
Ability to speak in Mandarin would be an added advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (PRODUCTION)

Ensure that Kernel Crushing Plant, kernel receiving, and PKM warehouse are running with minimal downtime
Ensure plant production summary and handover checklist are completed every shift
Maintain cleanliness of receiving and crushing Plant
Ensure products meet quality specifications
Bring product samples to the laboratory for testing at planned intervals

Develop safety precautions for handling potentially harmful chemicals and substances
Monitor and supervise process performance during production
Solve problems and troubleshoot errors in manufacturing processes
Collect data for process improvements or modifications
Estimate production expenses and suggest cost-effective, environmentally friendly methods
Prepare production reports for management
