Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as an Assistant Product Development Supervisor at PGEO Edible Oils Sdn Bhd (A Member Of Wilmar Group Of Companies), located in Pasir Gudang.

Requirements

  • STPM / Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering Technology (Food), Baking Science & Technology, Hotel & Nutrition Management, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct product performance tests in the test kitchen, primarily focusing on specialty fats.
  • Manage customer sample requests, coordinating with the process lab, pilot plant, production team, and administration.
  • Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA), handle documentation, and apply for relevant certifications.
  • Support the product development team in trials, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain proper records of formulations, results, and customer feedback for R&D projects.
