  • Lead and supervise product development cycles from concept to launch, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality and cost-efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the product development team, delegating tasks and ensuring accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to align product strategy with market needs and company vision.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the product development team and other departments
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, analyze competitors, and pinpoint trends for innovation.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets while managing resources effectively.
  • Ensure all products, labels, and formulations comply with Malaysia and overseas regulations.
  • Liaise with legal and regulatory bodies to stay updated on compliance requirements.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance skills, ensuring professional growth within the department.
  • Drive product innovation, enhancement, and diversification to meet customer expectations and market trends.
  • Contribute to the development of strong branding strategies to establish product authority in the market.
  • Lead oversea team on product development and quality control process.

Job Requirements
  • 4-6 years of Nutritionist / Food Technology or relevant working experience in Health food industry
  • Have a good understanding of ingredient functionality and inter relationship of ingredients, process and packaging.
  • Possess strong Planning, Organization and analytic mind that's avid in problem-solving.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a good analytical mind and business planning abilities.
