Job Description:

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversees and participates in the operation of chemical production equipment and systems used in processing chemical substances, adhering to formulation specifications and operational safety standards.
2. Leads and participates in shift meetings and safety sessions, providing accurate reporting and completing job safety evaluations.
3. Coordinates daily work assignments, documentation, and checklists, following safety guidelines.
4. Leads quality reviews, troubleshooting, and reporting of manufacturing processes and results.
5. Participates in operations audits and investigations.
6. Reviews product specifications and formulations, ensuring proper safety and material use.
7. Leads process training, documentation, and peer mentoring.
8. Attends productivity, performance, and quality meetings, and reports as directed.
9. Identifies improvement opportunities and leads continuous improvement projects.
10. Ensures proper use and maintenance of PPE.
11. Maintains cleanliness of plant areas and equipment.
12. Updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Inspection Procedures (SIP), and Operating Instructions (SOI).
13. Checks raw material and finished product quantities using ERP systems and reports.
14. Monitors utilities consumption, justifies usage, and reports findings.
15. Prepares technical investigation reports and analyzes root causes of issues.
16. Creates and reviews production reports for management.
17. Monitors and manages waste water treatment systems and waste management practices.
18. Coordinates water analysis with third-party labs and reports results.
19. Monitors chemical and energy consumption, justifies usage, and reports.
20. Prepares statistical process control (SPC) reports and updates production management plans.
21. Verifies daily records of production and maintenance activities.
22. Creates and distributes technical and energy reports to HQ monthly.
23. Ensures process stability through analysis, optimization, and troubleshooting.
